Intro to Crossfit

I am soo excited to be announcing that I will be partnering up with my home Crossfit gym, to share my love of Crossfit with you! If you have been interested to see what Crossfit is all about but have been too intimidated to give it a try, now is your time. I promise, if I can do it, so can you!
Come out and join me at my gym, Crossfit South Arlington, to see why I can’t get enough. CFSA’s lead coaches, Conor and Bobby, will be leading the class through a structured warm up, core strength movements and then will be teaching the deadlift. The workout will end with a timed partner MetCon that is sure to bring out the competitor in you! There will be tastings by Power Supply after class as well as some fun giveaways from Lululemon, Reebok and Crossfit South Arlington! Hope to see you all there!

These classes are known to fill very quickly, so we will be operating on a first come first served bases. There are only 20 spots available for this class, so be sure to REGISTER right away!
