#52DayShred JAN 8 – Meet Your Coaches

Gotta love the holidays and all the parties that come along with them but woah we are feeling all sorts of out of shape! It’s easy to get off track with endless Christmas cookies and champagne cocktails tempting us at every gathering we go to. So instead of torturing ourselves over the holidays, we have made a commitment to get our booties back into gear on January 1st and we invite you to join us! We are so excited to kick off another #52DayShred starting January 1st with two fabulous new coaches, new content, new workouts, recipes, challenges and more!

For The Newbies:

If you are brand new to our program, the #52DayShred is a flexible dieting program that will teach you how to eat and train to achieve your best body yet! During your 52 days with us, you will learn about macro counting, what your body needs to perform at it’s best, strength training, and how to achieve your own specific goals (cutting, bulking, toning, etc). During this challenge, you will be matched up with your own personal coach who will help you establish your macro numbers and will be there for you to support you all the way through with weekly check-ins, emails and more! We will also be sending you weekly workouts (3 per week) programmed by our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Bobby Goodfellow.  Not only will you have these fabulous coaches on your side but you will have an entire cheerleading team of #52DayShred members with you to keep you motivated and on track. Our private Facebook page has been such a great way to communicate with each other to share recipes, success stories, fails, share funny stories, ask questions, etc. For more in-depth info, click here.

For The OG’s:

For our past #52DayShred members, you all are welcome to come back and join us (at the same price $252)! You all have been our biggest heroes and are the reason we have been able to grow so much. After 3 successful rounds (because of you!!!) of the #52DayShred with Leah as our coach, she will be moving into a leadership role where she will mentor our coaches and continue to make sure that our members have the best macro plans and content around! We have all of your past info on file and will transfer this over with notes to your new coach, if you plan to join us again. Leah will also be available for questions via email and the Facebook group.

Now without further adieu, we would like to introduce you to our new coaches! Meet the new ladies that will be leading our next #52DayShred challenge and helping you acheive your goals! These ladies are total rockstars, as you can see, so we know you will love them as much as we do!

Meet Coach Nikki 

Nikki Pepper - 52 Day Shred Coach

Nikki was born and raised in Boston, MA and relocated to Miami, FL in the spring of 2016. Growing up, Nikki competed at the Junior Olympic level for USA gymnastics from age 5 to 18 at Massachusetts Gymnastics Center. She then competed at the collegiate level for NCA cheerleading at Bentley University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Spanish, and Media & Culture.
 
Continuing her passion for sports and fitness, she has worked on the Reebok Marketing team since the summer of 2015, representing the brand in the South Florida region and building relationships within the community. Nikki has combined her love of fitness and athletic wear and promotes the brand’s footwear and apparel by partnering with different wholesale accounts and social media outlets.

Nikki loves helping others improve their quality of life through fitness and nutrition, coaching clients with a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and CrossFit Gymnastics Coach and currently competes in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. She is so excited to be a part of this journey with you for the #52DayShred!

 

Meet Coach Laura


Laura - 52 Day Shred Coach

Laura played soccer her entire life and dabbled in just about any sport you can think of. During college, she tried the “body building” style of working out and just wasn’t seeing the results that she wanted. She finally found CrossFit and opened up her own gym in 2013. She soon realized that her clients were missing a huge key to success; nutrition.

During her body building days, she had experimented with different diets and supplements. None of which was a diet that could fit everyone’s needs. Finally, she was introduced to flexible dieting.  After a ton of research, seminars and a Precision Nutrition Certification later, she knows exactly how to use macros to get the results that her clients want. She’s helped a host of athletes cut weight for competitions, gain weight to add healthy mass, get those abs everyone has been searching for and has helped people develop a healthy relationship with food.

Laura enjoys training and competing in strongman, traveling, staying active and helping others through nutrition and lifting weights. Her passion truly lies with helping other become more confident and comfortable with themselves by teaching them proper body mechanics and how to have a healthy relationship with food. She is always finding ways to make nutrition easier to follow and tools to be successful with it. She can’t wait to share her information with all of you!
