Nike Training Club Workout

So I have been trying to get in tip top shape for my upcoming wedding and my vacation to Costa Rica in a few weeks.  I am a regular gym rat but I came across this awesome app that you can download on your phone and it walks you through tons of workouts.  Its like having your own personal trainer right on your phone, motivating you the entire way, giving you specific instructions and videos for each move.  What’s better, you can even sync your playlist to it.  These workouts are awesome because you can do them anywhere, all you need are dumbbells, a mat and a medicine ball.  Like I said I have been doing these workouts 5 days a week for the last few weeks and let me tell you I feel the burn, so it must be working. If you can commit 30-45 minutes of your day to this, I promise you will not be disappointed. Give it a try, your body will thank you come bikini season!
