After months of searching and sleepless nights we finally found a house to call our own! My fiancé, Casey, and I purchased our first home in the Penrose Community of Arlington, VA. We purchased a fixer upper in a great neighborhood that we are hoping to transform into a beautiful first home for our little family! We are planning to do some major renovations to get this old house up to our standards, needless to say we have a lot of work to do. We will share with you our journey of demolition, renovations and DIY projects. Hopefully we will have some amazing after pictures to share with you soon.
