I work hard in the gym, so post workout I’m always in need to refuel with protein-packed snacks or meals. While eating pure protein like chicken breast or lean steak is probably the best form of protein for your body, it’s not always what you want (or handy) right after a grueling workout. Protein shakes have always been a go-to of mine post workout, but lately, I have been trying to switch them up so I don’t get bored of the same old shake.
