My Go-To Summer Salad Ingredients – Serves 3-4 people
-2 hard-boiled eggs – sliced in half
Salad Instructions:
Marinate your chicken skewers in a bag with a drizzle of the salad dressing. Put in the fridge for an hour or so. Take your chicken skewers to the grill and grill until fully cooked. While your skewers are grilling, you can make your salad! Wash your lettuce and toss into a big bowl. Add your cherry tomatoes (you can slice in half or leave them whole), diced avocado, corn (chopped off the cob), blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds and finish with the sliced eggs lined up around the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle basil and add a drizzle of salad dressing and then serve in big bowls!

Hydration is key for your overall well-being, but it’s especially important during the summer months. We’ve been working hard to up our water intake in the last few months and we’ve seen some pretty amazing results but it isn’t always easy to choke down 80+ ounces of water per day. We’ve been adding fresh produce to our water and it has been a total game changer! We’re talking about spa water that you actually crave! Forget sodas this summer, this water is refreshing and full of flavor. There are so many different combinations that you can try but this recipe has to be one of our summer favorites!
