How I style the bump plus a GIVEAWAY!
The bump or what I like to call it, the uncomfortable basketball I swallowed, definitely doesn’t make “styling” any easy. In fact, I get so annoyed and frustrated getting dressed the further I get in this pregnancy, all I want to wear are knit dresses and sneakers. Perhaps my style has become a bit more simple and minimalist but I’m not at all complaining about it. On top of all that, maternity wear isn’t much fun to shop for. You won’t catch me trying clothes on in store. I need the comfort of surfing the internet in my pjs on the couch, trying on at home.
I stumbled upon PinkBlush Maternity and have found some great pieces that have helped me get through these awkward dressing stages. My favorite piece so far is this printed A-line knit dress. Comfortable and roomy, making both mommy and baby happy. Since I’m so pale as of late because spray tans and lying in the sun are a big no no when pregnant, I just opt for tall over the knee boots for this look.
Wearing – Dress (Pink Blush); Boots (Staurt Weitzman); Bag (Cuyana); Hat (Nordstrom); Sunglasses (J.Martasand)
I’m excited to announce that I have partnered with PinkBlush for a fun Instagram Giveaway. Head over to @fiftytwothursdays for a chance to win a $75 GC! They carry more than just maternity clothes so don’t be shy ladies. Good luck!
