					<description><![CDATA[<p>How I make my Z&#8217;s Count If I don&#8217;t get my 8 hrs of sleep, I&#8217;m literally terrifying to be around. Just ask my husband or any of my family members.  Sleep has always been important to me, obviously, we all need it to function properly but some people can get by with less. I&#8217;m not one of those people. As active as I am in the gym, it&#8217;s essential that I feed myself properly and give my body the time it needs to recharge. Before I found the Beautyrest Sleeptracker monitor, I always thought I was getting enough sleep if I gave myself 8 hours in bed but after doing a little research on their app, I found I was getting much less sleep than I had thought. Much of the night, I was tossing and turning or I would just have a hard time actually falling asleep. Now that I know what&#8217;s going on, I&#8217;m trying to be more cognizant of the amount of caffeine I take in and how I wind down in the evenings. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>This post is long overdue but better late than never! We just wanted to share a few photos that were snapped during our most recent #52DayShred launch party that we threw with S3 Active! It was a HOT evening, probably the hottest this year but we stayed cool and hydrated by downing copious amounts of Core Water and Truly Spiked Sparkling Water! I can&#8217;t express how much we LOVE putting on the #52DayShred but these launch parties are hands down, our favorite part. Much of our program is done virtually, so being able to meet these lovely ladies in person and hear their stories and what their goals are, make it all SO worth it. The beginning of the party is usually for mingling and shopping and then the last portion of the party is spent going over the program. We send out a TON of info on what to expect during the program but we think it helps a lot to be able to talk it through and answer questions along the way. We also stream our launch party on our Private Facebook Group, so that anyone that couldn&#8217;t make it or lives on the other side of the country can [&#8230;]</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Last week we kicked off another successful 52 Thursdays Fitness Series event, this time in partnership with my favorite fitness boutique, Chelsea Collective and Title Boxing. We had a packed house full of energetic women, some familiar faces and some brand new, that were ready to kick some serious butt! Title boxing put us through a strenuous hour long workout that included cardio, body weight exercises and we even got to put on the gloves and practice our hooks and upper cuts on the trainers. After 60 grueling minutes of boxing we were all spent and ready to devour the treats that Seasons 52 so kindly provided for us. Detox to retox right? Even if you missed the event at Chelsea Collective in Tyson&#8217;s Corner last week it doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t drop in to see what they are all about. I immediately fell in love with this boutique activewear store the moment I walked in the door because not only is their store gorgeous, they also carry the best brands and even have their own fitness studio in the back of their store. Which is super unique! They designed the store this way so that they could host classes for their [&#8230;]</p>
