If you haven’t noticed, dressing sporty is kind of my thing. Whether I am heading to the gym or I am off to have drinks with my friends, dressing with an athletic twist is kind of my thing. I am sure the athleisure movement has contributed to my sporty chic obsession, that paired with the fact that I practically live in my activewear since I spend so much time in the gym. Regardless, adding athletic details to my everyday looks has been my go-to lately. When shopping for new sporty pieces to add to my wardrobe, I try to steer clear from overly trendy items. I have enough clothing as it is with hardly any place to put it, so when I add a piece to my wardrobe, I make sure I will get optimal use out of it. I found this asymmetrical mesh top from VIP ME and have been OBSESSED! I love the mesh details on the shoulders and the long flowy back, which gives it a bit of edge. It looks great with leather pants or ripped denim, I love how versatile it is. This outfit is the perfect balance between masculine and feminine, which I love. I’m […]

The more time I spend in my workout gear, the more I tend to make my fashion choices around comfort. I used to prance around town in 6 inch stilettos just to run errands and now I can hardly bear the thought of putting on a pair of ankle boots for a night out on the town. Boy have things changed! It may be my age, wisdom or the pure pain that my feet were feeling but I now gravitate towards outfits that are geared around my comfort level. Lately I have been putting together no-fuss looks that I can run around town in to visit my clients but also keep my style game on point. Because why shouldn’t you have the best of both worlds?! I love this sweatshirt because it plays on my sporty vibe but the gold zipper detail makes it stand out above a basic old sweatshirt. Pair it with a simple pair of white jeans, a cute pair of sneakers and you have an easy going look that will take you from errands to lunch with the girls! Sarah is wearing: Top (She In), White Denim (Articles of Society), Sneakers (Nike ID), Sunglasses (She In), and Handbag […]

There’s nothing like the holiday season to make you fall out of your gym routine. We can all relate to that winter workout slump. Well, almost all of us. Of course we’re talking about your fit friends! You know, the ones who don’t miss a workout for anything, not even a blizzard. Honestly, we’ve got to respect their dedication. Being fit fanatics ourselves, we thought we’d come up with the perfect gifts for the fit friends in your life. If it’s your BFF who can’t stay out of the gym, get her sneakers, a cool pair of leggings, or a fun sports bra. We’re really feeling the mesh cutout styles this season. For the outdoor runner in your life, try a long-sleeve top or a vest to keep her warm while she logs those miles. If you’re looking to keep things a little more general, try a cute hat, the perfect carry-all gym bag, or the water bottle we can’t live without: a […]
