					<description><![CDATA[<p>#BeYourGoals Event Recap A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting a fitness class + happy hour with a group of my newest friends at lovely new Henri Apartments located within Pike &#38; Rose. We started out the evening with a cardio/body weight workout led by Barre3 owner and instructor, Meredith. She currently owns the Barre3 studio in Old Town Alexandria and has another studio that is about to open on 3/2 in Bethesda. She led us through a 45-minute burner in the cutest yoga/barre room located on the third floor of The Henri. Meredith whooped our booties into shape with some of the hardest movements I have done and we didn’t even use weights! It’s crazy how much a body-weight movement can burn when it’s something you aren’t used to doing. I was dying but in a good way! The women in our class were high energy, which helped everyone stick with it until the bitter end. But knowing that cocktails and snacks were to come next, also helped too! After we were done sweating it out with Meredith, we headed across the street to Summer House for craft cocktails and light bites. It was so nice [&#8230;]</p>
