We have been showing a ton of shoulder recently, have you noticed? If you haven’t already broken down and gotten on the off the shoulder band wagon, now is the time people! It’s finally feeling like we are going to have some decent weather, which means that we can pull out all our clothes that have been waiting all summer long to make their debut. That means denim, off the shoulder tops and anything that you have been avoiding due to the sticky unbearable weather. I love this easy combo of lace and denim because it’s classic, feminine and is appropriate for so many different outings or occasions. We are sure we are not the only ones that are constantly on a mission to find the perfect tee. Let’s be honest, as soon as temps hit above 90’s and creep into the 100’s, a flattering tee and some cut off shorts are always the go to. We love the versatility of a basic tee by pairing it with distressed denim or dressing it up with a pencil skirt and blazer for work. The options are really endless! Crop tops for Spring 2014

It’s kind of hard to believe that Spring is only 8 weeks away as I glance out side to a snow storm that I was not quite ready for with temps in the high 50’s just the other day. In DC, inclement weather usually results in an early work dismissal which allowed me time to pull out my laptop and casually browse New York Fashion Week’s Spring 2014 trends and everything that we have to look forward to. Every week until Spring finally arrives, we are going to showcase one of our favorite trends that we can’t wait to style! The crop top is hands down my favorite trend for spring 2014. I love the fact that it can be styled in so many different ways and for all ages. From a hip down town city girl to a sophisticated lady like ensemble.
