					<description><![CDATA[<p>My Tribe&#8230; Today I am welcoming my good friend, fellow entrepreneur, consultant, lifestyle blogger, artist, and one of my role models to the blog. If you haven&#8217;t heard of Meg Biram and you live in DC, well you may be living under a rock. This girl is a rock star people and if you aren&#8217;t already following her, you need to check out her website immediately! I met Meg almost two years ago when I had just left my full-time job as a Dental Sales Rep and took the plunge into self-employment. This was also around the same time that Michelle was making the move to LA. I had followed Meg&#8217;s blog for years and was floored when she reached out to me to join her co-working space in Georgetown. I can&#8217;t begin to explain how much joining this creative collective space has helped my business grow and prosper over the last year and a half. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>I am constantly amazed by the amount of successful women that surround me. It is both uplifting and inspiring to personally know so many women who decided to stray from the conventional 9-5 desk jobs to follow their passions and dreams. A large reason why I decided to take the plunge into self employment and start my own business and let me tell you that my life has changed dramatically and I haven&#8217;t looked back since the day I walked out of that office. When my good friends, Jennifer Gray and Brittany Hartz told me they were starting an boho/equestrian inspired clothing line called sigAshop; I knew the second they told me that it would be wildly successful because the passion and love they both have for horses and for fashion. Both things that I am also pretty crazy about! Growing up with these girls on neighboring horse farms in Warrenton, VA, we have a lot of the same values. Living in the city now, it makes me really appreciate where I came from and proud of the work ethic that farm life taught me.
