My name is Michelle, and I’m a sucker for Zara . . . Yes, it’s true. I have a problem like most of us do. I’m addicted to Zara. Though to me it can be quite an overwhelming place to shop with all the trends of the season and most of the time just too much to look at. It’s exhausting, yet I keep coming back for more. Like an addict, and the fact that they have kids clothing too?! Done, just take my wallet and all my money. I will just eat rice and beans for the rest of my life with my daughter (true story, that’s all she will eat. sigh). But seriously, what I do love about them is that they do have all the trends and must haves for the season. SO if you are up for the shopping challenge and have an idea of what you are looking for they are, to me, the most practical and affordable place to shop for all the seasons trends that you may not be ready to invest in. So coming from a full time, exhausted working mom little time on her hands, here are a few helpful […]

5 quick tips for easy transitional dressing from Summer to Fall … This is a topic I know all too well. Living in LA, it can be a bit more challenging when it comes to transitioning from Summer to Fall attire when temperatures continue to soar. We all love Fall, right? There is no denying the styling and effort can’t be beat. But how does one achieve that effort with out all the layers that come with it? I’m sharing 5 quick tips for a smooth transition this Fall. Loafers: I love loafers. They are timeless and the perfect shoe to opt for rather than a boot that can feel a bit forced during that awkward period. Silk Prints: A printed silk in itself is a statement. No need for extra layering and texture when the print does the work for you. Accessories: You may not be able to layer your clothing just yet so why not stack and layer the jewelry? To me your accessories are like the icing on the cake. And you never want to have cake with out icing, so the more the better! Color: Whatever the color is for the season, invest and impress! I love the […]

The 3 trends you need to pick up this season … With each season come new trends and new must haves. It’s all a bit overwhelming and before you know it we have slid right in to the next season with the next trends and next must haves to waist your money on. SO when I choose which trends I want to sport around this Holiday, I try to be very selective. This year I did all of my fall and winter shopping at Bevello because of their wide selection of clothes and accessories, each carefully selected to cater to all trends and for a variety of tastes and styles. So putting together my winter wardrobe was as easy as 1 2 3, adding in the missing pieces to my closet. I wanted to share the 3 trends this season that I felt the need to pick up on with pieces to cover every need in my life from day to night, to work and back home to baby. Un-Done Opulence: This is probably my favorite trend. It’s perfect for the holidays with a touch of sparkle and some un expected dressing. I paired this luxe faux fur jacket with a cozy […]

Just your typical mad for plaid this fall … I love fall and I’m pretty sure I’m not alone here. It’s that crisp feel and change of weather, the festive decorating and anticipation for each holiday, the cozy sweaters and boots galore … there is seriously just so much to toast about. As a new mom adventuring in to her very first season with baby girl, I have been much more cautious of my purchases this fall when I normally go a bit bananas. I need versatility and comfort while not spending a fortune. Because let’s be real … from the events, costumes, decorations and presents (oh boy …the presents), this might be the most expensive season to date. With all the expenses circulating, this doesn’t mean I want to sacrifice fashion which makes fall our all time favorite time. Now of course when I think of fall I immediately think of plaid. It’s the one pattern that is always in fashion this time of year. The print size may change or perhaps the color but it’s one typical trend to invest in as it will for sure be back around the very next year, pinky promise. I found this button down dress […]
