A Festive Date Night

Can you believe it’s December 8th already? Seemed like just yesterday we were sitting around the table enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with friends and family and now we are in full swing prepping for the holidays and the coming of the new year. 2016 is approaching quicker than I had expected and the anxiety has officially settled in. I have a tendency to get caught up in the chaos when I should be relaxing and taking in the last few days of the year and reflecting on what I have accomplished and what I hope to accomplish in the new year. So this time around, I’m going to take things slow, relax and enjoy the holidays and the loved ones around me. My husband and I always plan one night a week for date night to ensure we are doing just that. No distractions around us, just good ol’ fashion conversation. And with the holidays around the corner, for this date night I attempted more of a festive look with my new Byer California top.
