					<description><![CDATA[<p>When our busy lives get the most of us, it&#8217;s hard to even think about trying to meal plan. It seems like we are always just getting back from a whirlwind trip or planning one, so it can be hard to pre-plan meals and to make sure we&#8217;re hitting our macros when we are always on the go. Meal prep can feel overwhelming and many times it&#8217;s why we opt to eat out instead of packing a lunch or eating something healthy at home. A few years ago Michelle and I teamed up with our friend and health food blogger, Elise Museles of Kale &#38; Chocolate to create mason jar lunches which we became obsessed with! She taught us that by just a setting aside a little time for prep work that we would save time, money and calories!! All you have to do is prep a few healthy ingredients ahead of time then just mix and match them to create your own unique salads. Coming up with a plan for the week has definitely helped me stay on track, and these mason jar salads have been a total life saver because I actually look forward to eating them. It [&#8230;]</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Our second round of the #52DayShred came and went so quickly. I guess time flies when you&#8217;re flexible dieting! This round of ladies were incredible, very adherent to their plans and lucky for us we made 25 new friends along the way. But before we gear up for Round 3, starting in just one week (August 21), we wanted to share some of our top achiever&#8217;s stories. If you aren’t familiar with the #52DayShred program, it’s a flexible dieting nutrition challenge that we developed with our Nutrition Coach, Leah Clark. In the program we teach our members the right nutrition tools to:  1) Get the body they have always wanted, 2) Achieve their fitness goals, and 3) Make properly fueling their bodies a sustainable lifestyle. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>This post is long overdue but better late than never! We just wanted to share a few photos that were snapped during our most recent #52DayShred launch party that we threw with S3 Active! It was a HOT evening, probably the hottest this year but we stayed cool and hydrated by downing copious amounts of Core Water and Truly Spiked Sparkling Water! I can&#8217;t express how much we LOVE putting on the #52DayShred but these launch parties are hands down, our favorite part. Much of our program is done virtually, so being able to meet these lovely ladies in person and hear their stories and what their goals are, make it all SO worth it. The beginning of the party is usually for mingling and shopping and then the last portion of the party is spent going over the program. We send out a TON of info on what to expect during the program but we think it helps a lot to be able to talk it through and answer questions along the way. We also stream our launch party on our Private Facebook Group, so that anyone that couldn&#8217;t make it or lives on the other side of the country can [&#8230;]</p>
