We hit the vintage jackpot when we came across DC’s premier luxury consignment shop, Ella Rue. The fabulous ladies of Ella Rue have an impeccable eye for collecting both vintage and modern pieces and it shows the second you walk into their store. They know what their customers want and they know how to supply it with the help of fabulous consignors from across the country. Ella Rue is located in the heart of Georgetown and they have grown leaps and bounds since they opened their doors in November of 2010. These fun and energetic ladies will have you hooked, whether you are looking to consign or buy. The sisters behind Ella Rue, Krista and Alexa really take pride in what they do, which is why we wanted to showcase our favorite fall looks from their shop. Knowing the array of styles and designers we would have to choose from didn’t hurt either! We really wanted to challenge ourselves and decided to showcase our favorite vintage/fall looks with a menswear twist. Martasand A Night At The Arlington County Fair Funnel cakes, cotton candy and sugary lemonade are just a few reasons why we look forward to the county fair each year. It’s a time where we can throw our inhibitions out the window and indulge in all of the gluttony surrounding us. Living in walking distance of the Arlington County Fair makes it almost a cardinal sin not to visit the local staple on an annual basis. We started off with a fresh squeezed lemonade from the vintage-esque stand, it gave us just the sugar rush we were looking for and we were off to test the rides and games. Girls Night Out with DogVacay.com

After our whirlwind trip to Miami, we were in desperate need of a night of pampering and relaxation. The Miami heat, high heels and countless hours waiting in line for the next show took a toll on our face, back, feet and overall well being. So you can only imagine how excited we were when Dogvacay.com contacted us to try out their pet sitting services. Their site is so easy to use and we have read nothing but positive reviews and feedback about the company and their sitters. We started by searching their site for a local host and were thrilled to have found a well reviewed sitter that lived near by to come watch our little guys while we headed to the spa. We both went for a casual and comfortable look and carried our new Signature Collection bags from Free Endearment. Sarah is wearing her go-to boyfriend jeans by Zara, white blouse and carrying the Dana bag. Michelle is wearing her favorite white J Band jeans, J Crew chambray button down, white lace tennies by Superga and is also carrying the Kristel Signature Collection clutch.
