					<description><![CDATA[<p>When our busy lives get the most of us, it&#8217;s hard to even think about trying to meal plan. It seems like we are always just getting back from a whirlwind trip or planning one, so it can be hard to pre-plan meals and to make sure we&#8217;re hitting our macros when we are always on the go. Meal prep can feel overwhelming and many times it&#8217;s why we opt to eat out instead of packing a lunch or eating something healthy at home. A few years ago Michelle and I teamed up with our friend and health food blogger, Elise Museles of Kale &#38; Chocolate to create mason jar lunches which we became obsessed with! She taught us that by just a setting aside a little time for prep work that we would save time, money and calories!! All you have to do is prep a few healthy ingredients ahead of time then just mix and match them to create your own unique salads. Coming up with a plan for the week has definitely helped me stay on track, and these mason jar salads have been a total life saver because I actually look forward to eating them. It [&#8230;]</p>
