To get in the spirit we wanted to share our favorite 4th of July inspired recipes which include a Sangria, appetizer and dessert. For those of you lacking on time or dare we say creativity…these easy recipes will delight any party or crowd! The Star of the Show…The Star Spangled Sangria!!! All you need is Half a pineapple- cut in to star shapes Handful of strawberries, sliced Handful of blueberries 2 squeezed lemons 2 bottles of dry, white wine 1 cup of Triple Sec 1/2 cup Blueberry Vodka Mix and Enjoy! They are located in the Dupont Circle offering a one-of-a-kind, high-end dining and chic lounge experience. If you are looking for a sexy, sophisticated hotspot with #unmiSTKable food this is the place to be seen. What sets them apart from other traditional steakhouses is their vibe-driven atmosphere with inspired cocktails and DJs spinning nightly to create an energetic, night life vibe through out the entire place. As you can imagine, we were beyond excited to be invited to a private dinner before the official grand opening party on Thursday to taste the menu. We went in with empty stomachs and left full and completely satisfied, anxious for the grand opening! We started with the Tuna Tartar and Foie Gras French Toast. Both were amazing but the Foie Gras French Toast definitely stood out from anything we have ever tried with green apple, almond brioche and sherry gastrique.
