The sun finally made an appearance this weekend and we were very anxious to make our way outside. There were a few chilly breezes, so we were really feeling the layering pieces for this post. I always feel most confident when adding a blazer or leather jacket to an outfit to pull together a complete, effortless look which can easily be dressed up or down (depending on the shoes and accessories, of course.) We chose flats and a statement necklace as we took Louis on a walk before heading off to brunch to enjoy the weather. Pictured above- Jeans: Zara bf Jeans. Top: Enza Costa. DC got hit with yet another winter storm. Several inches of fluffy white snow covered our streets leaving most DC area residents stranded at home. We felt it appropriate to feature this week’s Spring trend on the white out look, which DC decided to take to a whole other level! Whether its basketball, baseball or football it seems as if there is always a sporting event taking place, #boring. However, I finally have something that sparks my interest this Spring…nope not baseball spring training, the sporty trend. I can’t get enough of this chill, relaxed yet refined trend. It can be worn anywhere from the beach to the city streets. Track pants, mesh, boxy on boxy, crop tops, high contrast colors and super performance fabrics will all be representing this cool and vibrant sportswear trend this spring.
