They re-emerged in 2011 and have yet to fade out as we see them making their way down the runways of Fall 2015 and I’m sure we will see them again very soon in Spring 2016. Crop tops have proven to be a staple item. The next time you’re editing your closet, consider holding onto your crop top(s) as history has proven that they’ll come back around. They have made their rounds throughout fashion in various forms – from collared, short sleeve styles in the 1940’s to cut off sweat shirts and tees of the 80’s aerobics era. When you think of a crop top, you think “all out” (abs, belly button and all). Well, this is what I love about the selection of today’s crop tops, we can get creative and put our own personal style in today’s options. Whether it’s a high waisted fitted skirt for a curvy night out or style it with a pair of cut off shorts for a relaxed, good-vibes feel.
