Buckle Up Baby, because there is nothing more important to me than the safety, well being and development of my little girl. That is exactly how the Evenflo family feels and what drives them to produce their product. My husband and I did our fair share researching brands and car seats. It’s an important purchase because our girl can use this car seat till at least 4 years of age, which is a LONG time in my book. Ojai Valley: A Piece of Heaven

I found a little piece of heaven and it just so happens to be tucked away in the valley of Ojai, the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa to be exact. Only an hour and half outside of LA, this gem is easy to get to and with its serenity and Spanish style architect you will think you are vacationing in another country. Hubby, fur baby, and I packed up for a two night stay at this gorgeous resort for a little R&R and quality time. First, we took a little tour via a golf cart as soon as we arrived to become acclimated with the property and it’s history – there is so much to do there. (I would recommend a longer stay than our 2 days in order to take in all the beauty.) We took it easy on the first day and just relaxed on the terrace as we watched the “pink moment” take over the skies above the mountains. The next day we woke up early and visited the spa to try out Peace In A Pod. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to get our eventful day started.
