It’s a time where we can throw our inhibitions out the window and indulge in all of the gluttony surrounding us. Living in walking distance of the Arlington County Fair makes it almost a cardinal sin not to visit the local staple on an annual basis. We started off with a fresh squeezed lemonade from the vintage-esque stand, it gave us just the sugar rush we were looking for and we were off to test the rides and games. After our whirlwind trip to Miami, we were in desperate need of a night of pampering and relaxation. The Miami heat, high heels and countless hours waiting in line for the next show took a toll on our face, back, feet and overall well being. So you can only imagine how excited we were when Dogvacay.com contacted us to try out their pet sitting services. Their site is so easy to use and we have read nothing but positive reviews and feedback about the company and their sitters. We started by searching their site for a local host and were thrilled to have found a well reviewed sitter that lived near by to come watch our little guys while we headed to the spa. We both went for a casual and comfortable look and carried our new Signature Collection bags from Free Endearment. Sarah is wearing her go-to boyfriend jeans by Zara, white blouse and carrying the Dana bag. Michelle is wearing her favorite white J Band jeans, J Crew chambray button down, white lace tennies by Superga and is also carrying the Kristel Signature Collection clutch. Michelle and I wanted to introduce you to 5 Things You Need In Your Life Right Now. We promise you will thank us later, especially since we found the secret to never having a hangover again.. 1. Bota Box Cabernet Sauvignon Yes, we love boxed wine. Don’t be shocked or start judging because you will be headed to the store after you finish reading this post to pick one up for yourself. We have been testing this wine for months, just for you, to make sure we were on point with this and we have some exciting news to tell you. This is the only wine that DOES NOT GIVE US A HANGOVER!! Yes you read that correctly. We also love Bota Box because it is an easy drinking wine, total crowd pleaser, has the equivalent of 4 bottles in one box, costs around $20 and its even eco-friendly! Whose Wine is it Anyway??

For my birthday, my husband Phil put together a “Whose wine is it anyway??” party. Everyone brought a bottle of wine of their choice which we numbered upon their arrival and posted on the cork board by guest, year of wine and where it came from. As we mingled we all had an opportunity to read each bottle and smell the corks and wine to help. Phil then poured us all a small portion of each wine, out of order as we tried to guess…..”whose wine is it anyway?” At the end of the night Phil tallied up the scores and chose a winner based on who had the most right. We gave the winner a fun wine gadget to take home as well. Mucho gracias to the Hubby for putting this together. It’s such an easy (and affordable) theme that can be used for any kind of get together!! Try it out and let us know your twist on the idea!! Phil is creative but not always in the arts and crafts so we would love to see what you guys can come up with! xo Michelle
