Find THE right one for YOU with Sassoon Salon … I’ve always compared finding the right salon to finding the right partner in your life. Once you find them, you can never let them go. The search to find the right match can be a real struggle. We all go through unfortunately many trials and errors with an array of emotions and of course the occasional heart break. Fortunately for me, I found my salon and the search is over. I have been going to Sassoon Salon in Beverly Hills for about 2 years now and have only had good experiences. The entire staff has always been so warm and welcoming. From the friendly receptionists at the front to the talented stylists and colorists, David and Karen. The entire team listens to what I have to say and offers opinions, tips and realistic suggestions to best treat and care for my hair. I feel so blessed to have moved to LA and to have found a salon with a staff that gets me and most importantly, gets my hair. My hair has never felt as healthy as it does now. The latest collection made to perfection … URBANE. As you know, we love our hair. We love to maintain it and keep up with the latest trends. But sometimes those trends are just too far fetch for our lifestyle. Less is more and that is exactly what you get with Sassoon Salon’s latest SS17 collection that just launched, URBANE. Architecture is used as their key inspiration, believing the most memorable designs are distinct and true to form. Etienne Taenaka, Midwest Regional Salon Director explains the latest collection the best by saying There is beauty in purity. Just as a building has formal structural elements, so does great hair design. The SS17 URBANE collection returns back to the basics of hair with a series of unified looks that perfectly balance the shape of each cut with the color”. The shapes inspired in this collection are abstract, simple and pure with styling in shades color found of robin’s egg and cerulean blue. All curated by the minimalism of fashion designer Helmut Lang, one of my favorite brands out there. Hair Love Affair

I’m having a hair love affair. With Valentine’s Day around the corner it felt only fitting to share my hair love affair with Sassoon Salon. I have spoken of my favorite salon in the past and touched on the trends and styles of the season, but I wanted to focus on the people that make it all happen. We all know I have a lot of hair, especially my stylist and colorist who work so hands on with it. And if you know me well, you know I’m weird about my hair. I don’t trust just anyone to manage my hair, from the color to the cut, our hair is a part of us and a large representation of our image. Which is why I value my relationship so much with my team at Sasssoon Salon. I believe that your hairstylist is someone you want to have a great relationship with. Similar to a significant other or a spouse, your stylist is one you need to trust and openly share your thoughts and concerns with. But about your hair of course! Finding hair Utopia with SASSOON SALON … With the cold weather comes new trends, styling and inspiration. Of course we automatically think fashion but another important element not to forget this time of year is your HAIR! I mean, wo do rock this piece every day so it’s not something to over look. I left Sassoon Salon the other week not only with a new fresh do (color compliments to Dianne and cut thanks to David) but a new take on what’s trending in the hair world. It’s not an area I’m most knowledgeable on, so going straight to the experts to spread the word is the most beneficial for everyone, trust me. What I got out of my visit and what we will be seeing a lot more of is, UTOPIA. It was inspired by the relationship we have with the digital age, fashion and the many creative visions of the future.
